The Country Music Hall of Fame is currently preparing for an expansion/renovation to coincide with the construction of the new Music City Convention Center. In order to shift items around they temporarily dismantled the permanent Eddy Arnold exhibit and have created a new one down the street at the Music Row Sun Trust Branch at 1026 17th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37212. They have promised to return a new and improved permanant exhibit once all is complete. Don’t fret, there are still many items on display at the Hall of Fame.
Most of the items in the new exhibit at the Sun Trust branch have never been on display and are on loan from the estate. They are mostly clothes and other artifacts from his early career in the 40s and 50s. They are beautifully displayed. My pictures do not do them justice. If in town, please take a look.
