In 1955, country and pop music legend Eddy Arnold released a version of the classic song “You Don’t Know Me “which he wrote with Cindy Walker. This album pays tribute to that standard as well as 18 other legendary songs by The Tennessee Plowboy who was one of the most influential artists in country music history. Produced by punk rock legend Cheetah Chrome and Bobby Bare producer Don Cusic, this tribute record features a who’s who list of artists such as Alejandro Escovedo, Frank Black, Peter Noone, Pokey LaFarge, Jason Isbell, Lambchop, Bobby Bare, Jr., Mandy Barnett and many more!
